DEAN IS CLICKING HIS WAY TO A BRIGHTER FUTURE!!

It started with the click of a keyboard, and that’s all one young man needed to realise his long term career was in IT. Dean Hardacre, is stepping into an innovative trade as a school based Information Technology trainee, employed by Golden West Employment Solutions
Dean is currently completing his traineeship, with local Host Employer, Jay Gee's PC's in Warwick. “Information Technology is always an area I wanted to peruse so when the opportunity for me to do a school based traineeship in IT presented itself, I took it.” Dean realised that his traineeship was innovative and believes that IT is the way of the future. Dean is also excited to be a part of something so new and exciting. “I found when choosing my school subjects many of them did not fit my goals in life. IT allows me the opportunity to continue learning and gain a qualification.”
Workplace supervisor of Jay Gee’s PC’s, Natasha Rea believes that taking on a trainee benefits her business as the trainee can be shown and skilled to their business and environment. “Dean is a very hard worker, if there is a problem he will embrace the challenge and is always willing to try something new.” Natasha believes that going through Group Training Organisation, such as Golden West Employment Solutions, provides their business with additional support to ensure Dean is on track with his training. “Golden West provides us with the support to ensure that we are doing everything to ensure the successful training of Dean.”
Dean also believes Golden West Employment Solutions provides all the security he needs to complete his traineeship. “Golden West provides a good support system for me while I complete my training; it is good to know I have someone to go to if I have a problem in the workplace. All my college and paperwork is completed for me; which means one less thing to worry about.”
Innovative apprenticeship and traineeships are on the rise, local Group Training Company; Golden West Employment Solutions has noticed an increase in the number of apprentices undertaking innovative trade training, such as Information Technology and Aviation apprenticeships and traineeships.
