You do some learning on-the-job and attend college to get more specific practical experience, you will work with other people and receive instructions from supervisors on how to manage your time, the disciplines of being responsible for creating a great work and much more.
You should provide a cover letter and resume when applying for the 2024 Apprentice Program. Your cover letter should outline your interest in the role you are applying for, why you are interested in the role and why you would be a great choice. Having a well written and presentable resume is a crucial part of the employment process as employers shortlist
applicants based on their resume content so it is important to make your resume stands out. Resumes should not be longer than two pages so keep your resume concise, only include details that are relevant and include details of two referees.
