Hannah Johnson is in year 12 and already setting up her Brighter Future.
What is your ambition? What career do you see yourself in? Carpentry? Business? Mechanics? For recently completed Hannah Johnson her traineeship wasn’t just a job it was something to prepare her for life after school.
Hannah Johnson commenced her Business Administration Traineeship with Murray & Associates in Chinchilla on the 24th of February 2014 under the watchful eye of Bronwyn Schulz and Jenny Burgess. Hannah was recruited by GoldenWest and commenced when she was in year 11 and since that day she's been diligently working towards the completion of her competencies as well as completing her senior schooling at Chinchilla State High School.
"We were needing a set of helping hands & we thought the best way would be to go through a traineeship. If we don't train the young ones and give them an opportunity, they'll never learn", said her host employer Bronwyn Schulz.
Bronwyn and Jenny were both very happy with her performance in the workplace from start to finish - "I can't fault her! We're going to miss having her around." Bronwyn Schulz.

Hannah also said she "has really enjoyed working with Jenny & Bronwyn. I've met so many different people in this role - it's been great."
Hannah officially completed her traineeship on Friday 3rd April 2015. "The sense of achievement makes all the hard work worth it." Hannah wanted to have reassurance when she left school that she would have something to work with. "You can go in so many different directions with Business Admin, that's why the traineeship appealed to me."
Both Hannah & Bronwyn have enjoyed working with Jess & the team at Golden West Apprenticeships. They would both recommend them to anyone either looking to start a traineeship, or looking to hire a trainee.
We wish Hannah all the very best & thank Bronwyn & the team at Murray & Associates for choosing Golden West Apprenticeships.
